Where do I go when I arrive?

Our space is on the second floor of a professional building, with the entrance located directly across from Oxalis. Head up the stairs and walk to the end of the hallway. Look for the black door on the right. 

Do you have parking?

Yes! You can park on Wentworth Street in the “Be Kind” parking lot. Spot #10 is designated for us. If you see it, feel free to take it!

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross and most insurers through the Telus Health Portal.


If your insurance provider isn’t listed, feel free to reach out as we’re happy to check if we can accommodate.

Do you use a cushion for pregnancy treatments?

Yes! We use specially designed pregnancy cushions and bolsters to ensure your comfort and support throughout your treatment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are a by-appointment-only space.

Can I bring my baby to my appointment?

Yes! Babies 12 weeks and younger are welcome in the treatment room.


We’ve found that many little ones are content in their car seat, feeding, or snuggled up with a parent during the session. That said, these treatments are a little different—if baby is awake, we’ll go with the flow and adapt care to meet everyone’s needs.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. No-shows are also charged the full fee.
