Where do I go when I arrive?

Our space is on the second floor of a professional building, with the entrance located directly across from Oxalis. Head up the stairs and walk to the end of the hallway. Look for the black door on the right. 

Do you have parking?

Yes! You can park on Wentworth Street in the “Be Kind” parking lot. Spot #10 is designated for Local Body. If it’s available, feel free to take it!

If Spot #10 is taken, there is plenty of street parking nearby.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes! We offer direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross, Canada Life, Manulife, Chamber of Commerce, and plenty more.

We offer direct billing with many insurance providers. If you’re unsure whether yours is one of them, head over to our Contact page and ask us!

Are your Therapeutic Facials billable through insurance?

Yes! If your plan covers massage therapy, your Therapeutic Facial will be covered based on your individual plan.

Depending on your insurance provider, we can either direct bill for you or provide a receipt for you to self-submit.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. No-shows are also charged the full fee.

Do you use a cushion for pregnancy treatments?

Yes! We use specially designed pregnancy cushions and bolsters to ensure your comfort and support throughout your treatment.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are a by-appointment-only space.

Can I bring my baby to my appointment?

Yes! Babies 12 weeks and younger are welcome in the treatment room.

We’ve found that many little ones are content in their car seat, feeding, or snuggled up with a parent during the session. That said, these treatments are a little different—if baby is awake, we’ll go with the flow and adapt care to meet everyone’s needs.

Do you treat kids or youth?

Yes! ShayLea offers massage therapy for kids and youth. Book a 60-minute appointment with her, and she can even direct bill your insurance if your plan allows it.
